Zodiara purchases are personalised digital content prepared immediately from customer-supplied information. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable. Before payment, you expressly consent to immediate preparation and delivery. No cancellation, exchange or refund is provided after a report, reading, package or question credit is generated, delivered, accessed or used. We review only duplicate charges, content not delivered after reasonable retries, or remedies required by law. For a payment problem, email info@zodiara.io with the transaction reference; never send full card details.
